8 slices (1/2 pound) bacon
1 cup half-and-half
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 cups broccoli florets
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper
How To Prepare:
Heat oven to350. Cook bacon until crisp, drain, crumble and set aside. Beat eggs with half-and-half and spices. Layer cheese, broccoli and bacon in the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Pour egg mixture over the top and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
