Great Caesar salad! Even if you don't like anchovies you should try this. They really give it a kick but don't overwhelm it.
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, grilled or broiled
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
2 large Romaine hearts (I use Foxy or Dole Brands),
Wish-Bone® Creamy Caesar Dressing to cover salad
2 oz can of anchovies; drained and cut into pieces; this is what makes the salad have a kick. No need for garlic.
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
160z can of black olives sliced if you can find them if not I just break the whole ones up into the salad.
How To Prepare:
Marinate chicken breast in Italian salad dressing for at least 30 min.
Grill or broil chicken, slice and set aside.
Tear Romaine hearts into bite-size pieces in large bowl.
Add olives, cut up pieces of anchovies and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss salad.
Add salad dressing and mixing until whole salad is covered well.
Serve salad on plate and add sliced chicken breast on top.
