2 Tablespoons flax meal (4 Carbs)
3 Tablespoons of almond meal (3 carbs)
1/3 cup whey protein powder (4 carbs)
2 teaspoons of Brown Sugar Splenda (8 carbs)
2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice
OR cinnamon (2 carbs)
¼ teaspoon of baking soda
¼ teaspoon of baking power
1 egg (1 carb)
½ cup pumpkin puree (9 carbs)
1 Tablespoon melted butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 Tablespoons Sour Cream (2 carbs)
How To Prepare:
Combine dry ingredients in bowl and mix well.
Mix wet ingredients in second bowl.
Combine wet and dry.
Grease the griddle and make small pancakes.
F.Y.I. you can freeze the unused pumpkin.
Number of Servings:
10-12 SMALL pancakes
