Description: Nutty Muffin
Ingredients: 1/2 cup wheat bran
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup of sour cream
4 eggs beaten
4 tablespoons butter/softened
1/8 cup splenda
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 Oz. black walnuts crushed
How To Prepare: Preheat Oven 350 degrees

Mix all dry ingredients in bowl. In a separate bowl mix beaten eggs, sour cream, extract and softened butter. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and blend. Pour batter into greased muffin tins filling 1/2 full.

Bake 20-25 minutes
Number of Servings: Makes 10 muffins
