Description: This is written for the dudes who want to try to cook.

I love garlic so this is a great soup thats easy to prepare and obviously simple enough as a base to make as fancy as you want with additions.

Get creative.
Ingredients: - 15 medium to large garlic cloves (or as many as you'd like)
- 6 cups of soup stock (I use Chx)
- A good palmfull of parsley flakes
- about a 1/4cup of olive oil I 'spose
- 3 Chx breasts
How To Prepare: First peel your garlic. Any really big cloves Ill take and cut in half.

In a skillet using the olive oil, slowly brown the garlic. Its very important to do this slowly so you dont burn 'em. So dont use much heat (a little less than medium).

When the garlic is about done, toss in the parsley and turn off the heat. Stir it up.

Get that soup stock heated up and when its almost boiling dump in the garlic, oil, parsley. Let it boil then turn the heat way down. Youre done.

I add some meat to this. Take about 3 frozen chx breasts, boil/steam them till done. Take and chunk them up then add it to the soup.

Shrimp would be good too.

Or if youre a vegie, use veg soup stock.

The garlic will be soft and practically disolve in your mouth when youre eating them. Its not an overpowering garlic taste even though you may think so.
