Ingredients: -2 pounds ground beef-1 whole egg-2/3 cup ground spicy pork rinds-4 Tablespoons half & half-1 Tablespoon minced garlic<br
-1/4 Cup low carb ketchup-1 Tablespoon minced onion-1 teaspoon hot sauce-1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese-Any other spices you want to throw in...
How To Prepare: Combine all ingredients and shape into mini loaves in a shallow baking pan coated with non-stick spray. Spoon some low carb ketchup over them. These cook faster than regular meat loaf. Bake for 30-40 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Low carb BBQ sauce is also good in place of the ketchup.
