Description: A quick toss together microwave cake...when you just NEED chocolate cake!

I found that combining ingredients from different chocolate cake recipes out here I got a moist, fluffy, cake-like dessert without as much fat and calories.
Ingredients: 1 oz Carbquick (1/8 cup or 30 grams)
1T unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4t baking powder

2T Davinci SF syrup, vanilla or flavour of your choice
1 whole egg
How To Prepare: In a medium microwave safe bowl, combine the first 3 ingredients. Add the SF syrup and the egg. Mix well with a fork. Cover with plastic wrap and vent with a small hole. Microwave on high from 1-2 minutes (mine took 1:30 total).

Serve alone or with whipped cream or icing!
Number of Servings: 1
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 148 cals; 9g fat; 14g carbs - 10g fibre = 4 NET carbs; 11g protein.
Preparation Time: 2-3 minutes total
Effort (Easy, Average, Difficult): Easy
