This is a very handy subtitution for Low Carb Baking Mix. Surprisingly good for making pancakes.
1.5 cups protein powder (unflavored is best, but vanilla will do) (9 carbs)
1.5 cups vital wheat gluten flour (36 carbs)
2 Tbl baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 Tbl Splenda (4-6 carbs, not sure)
How To Prepare:
Mix it all togheter and store in container or plastic zip lock bag.
Number of Servings:
6 serving of 1/2 cup
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known:
Aprox. 8.5 carbs
