I came up with these chicken wings when I couldn't figure out what to do with the left over chicken. I happend to have the Walden Farms mayple syrup on hand and came up with this recipe. It's so tasty and good it's hard to share these!
24 Chicken Wings
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/2 cup of Walden Farm's Sugar Free, Low Carb Maple Syrup
2 to 3 drops of hot Sauce, I used Louisiana Hot Sauce. Make it's 0 carbs.
How To Prepare:
1. Season wings with salt and pepper to your taste.
2. Place chicken wings on either a gas grill or charcoal grill and cook for at least 5 minutes to 6 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.
3. In a bowl combine the Walden Farms maple syrup and hot sauce. Add hot sauce until desired taste, starting with 2 drops. Mix together.
When wings are close to being done take mixture and baste wings with sauce. Turn over and do the other side. Baste until wings are done.
