Positive aspects of the product (pros):
Cons: carbs carbs carbs

Just a warning --this recipe packs a lot of carbs because the number one ingredient in sugar free pudding is cornstarch. 1 TBSP of sugar-free pudding has 4-8 carbs. Maybe for those on OWL or later this could work, but not for induction as it states.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Tastes great, simple
Cons: Can't think of any :)

I made this today, without any extract and without the pudding mix. I used chocolate protein powder and chocolate Torani syrup, and I have to say, this is the best protein shake I've ever made!
