easy casserole for side dish breakfast or whenever
I used up leftovers in this.
1 cup or so of spaghetti squash
about 1 cup left-over spinach dip (see my recipe)
about 2-3 tablespoon flax meal
mozzerella for top
You can add so many variations to this. cooked crumbled sausage would be good for this, or cubed ham, whatever you would like.
How To Prepare:
mix all ingredients in small casserole dish. I baked for about 30-35 minuted at 325 until browned a little on top. I did not add salt or seasonings but would be good with a number of different things depending on what else you decided to put in it.
