An old favorite without all the carbs
1/4 cup of water
2 Scoops of Protein Powder (I use Vanilla flavored)
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of Cinnamon
Sweetener if you feel you need it.
How To Prepare:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. If the batter is too watery, add more protein powder. Too thick add water. Too dry, add oil.
