This recipe is low on calories, fat, and carbs, but it tastes like the full fat version of a long time comfort food!
1 pkg Shirataki tofu noodles
.25 c. Carbquik
1 c. fat free Hood’s Calorie Countdown milk
.25 c. Parmesan Cheese
1 T. Smart Squeeze butter
0.5 T. Better than Bullion Chicken flavor
How To Prepare:
Mix together bullion and butter in a pan. Turn on Med heat. Blend in Carbquik. Add milk and stir constantly. Add cheese. Heat and Stir until sauce is thick. May also add other spices such as garlic powder. Drain and rinse Shirataki noodles under cold water for several minutes to remove foul odor from the noodles. The odor goes away and does not reflect on the taste. Pour into sauce and heat thoroughly. Enjoy!!

Positive aspects of the product (pros):
Fast and easy
Good sauce but not Alfredo, little thin
This actually was good. I used 1 cup unsweetened Almond Breeze instead of the Hoods milk and only 1 t of the bullion. Good choice in bullion as that is always what i buy. I steamed 2 cups of broccoli and placed on a plate. Put the noodles over the broccoli, shredded 2 oz chicken and poured sauce over. Will definently make again for self but would have a little more difficult time with non-low carbers. Good though. Give it a try.
