This makes 2 (12-inch) pizza crust, you can half the recipe if you only want to do one.
1 1/2 cups soy flour (24 carbs)
3 eggs (egglands best 0 carbs)
3/4 cup heavy cream (0 carbs)
1/3 cup club soda (0 carbs)
1 teaspoon salt (0 carbs)
How To Prepare:
Preheat oven to 350.
Generously spray 2 (12-inch) pizza pans with nonstick vegetable oil cooking spray. In a medium bowl, stir together all of the crust ingredients to make a smooth, thick, pancake-like batter. Using a rubber spatula, spread the batter as thin and evenly as possible over the 2 pans.
Place on center rack in oven and bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until lightly golden brown and firm to touch.
Remove crusts from oven and increase to 400 degrees. Top with your choice of sauce and toppings and bake for 10 to 12 minutes and enjoy.
