Yield 16 muffins.
Per muffin :
8.7g fat (0.8 saturated)
Vit A 1%
Vit C 1%
1 cup Quick Quisine Bake Mix
1 cup ground almonds
1 cup Splenda
1 scoop Cocoa Bean Protein Powder
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 cup ground Flaxseed
1/2 cup bran
1/4 cup Oil
3 egg whites
1 zucchini, grated
1 tspVanilla Extract
3/4 cupApple Sauce, Unsweetened
How To Prepare:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray 16 muffin tins with cooking spray. Set aside. Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whish together the dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients to the dry and stil just til mixed. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, til toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
