Description: Great for a snack or meal replacement. Healthy and filling!
Ingredients: 1 cup frozen blueberries
1 tblsp greek yoghurt
100ml water
50ml double cream
How To Prepare: Whizz in a blender and ready!


Add splenda if required. I didn't as it was sweet enough for me!
Number of Servings: 1
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: low and suitable for induction

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Sounds good
Cons: I think your carbs are a bit off

I'm rerading that you use 1 cup of blueberries, which have 20g of carbs 3.5 of are fiber so that leaves you still with 16.5 for 1 drink since the receipe says one serving. if you cut the Blueberries in half 1/2 cup you'll cut the carbs down to 8.25.
