Description:

This is good for smothering a meat dish such as chicken or meatloaf to spice it up or as a dip. Also great for a potluck.

Ingredients:

8 oz. Velveeta cheese (2.7 per oz)
1 lb Jimmy Dean Sausage (1 carb)
1 can of diced tomatoes w/green chilies (7.5 net carbs)

How To Prepare:
|
Saute and drain sausage. (can use spicy or regular) Cut velveeta cheese into small cubes and place into a large bowl. Add sausage and tomato/chili. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Stir. Continue to microwave for a monite at a time stirring in between until completly liquid. Lasts in refrigerator for several days. Great for spicing up leftovers This recipe is only semi-meaty, you can add more cheese or less as desired.
