A wonderful and easy way to spruce up shrooms... Absolutely deeeelicious...
20 mushrooms, Sliced pretty thick
2 TB. canola oil
2 TB butter
4 scallions finely chopped (not much green)
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tsp. lemon juice
a bit of salt and pepper if ya like
a bit of chopped parsley if ya like
How To Prepare:
Cook the shrooms in a large skillet covered on medium heat until they begin to
release their moisture... add the rest of the ingredients and simmer on medium
low for about 2 minutes more.
