Description: Low Carb, no sugar added banana bread.
Ingredients: 2 1/3 c. Carbquik
1/2 c. Splenda
1/2 c. Steele's Nature Sweet Brown Crystals(maltitol)
1/3 c. canola oil
3 eggs
1 Tbs. milk
3 large,very ripe bananas, mashed
1 Tbs. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
How To Prepare: Mix together Carbquik, Splenda, brown crystals, oil, eggs and milk; beat well. Stir in bananas. Add vanilla and nuts. Bake in loaf pan at 350 degrees 55-60 minutes. Let cool on rack 15 minutes, then invert on plate or rack.
Number of Servings: 6 to 8
Preparation Time: 15 minutes.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): moist, very good banana flavor
Cons:

I only added 2 large banana's per and 1 cup splenda, and a 1/2 tbs of powdered stevia for a doubled recipe Very lightly sweet. Dh loved it and I will keep this as my all time favorite

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Easy, quick, and yummy!
Cons: A bit high in carbs, but worth it!

Yummy and easy to make. Made it for dd who is LCing now and I enjoyed it warm from the oven w/ butter. Thanks!
