Ingredients: 5 links Johnsonville Hot'n Spicy Bratwurst
2 T. olive oil
1 red pepper, cut in strips
1 yellow pepper, cut in strips
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1 large onion, cut in strips
6 cups beef broth
2-1/2 cups pepper Jack cheese, shredded
How To Prepare: Cook bratwurst according to package directions; cut into 1/4 inch slices and set aside.

In large soup kettle, heat olive oil; add peppers and onions and saute until tender.

Add beef broth and bratwurst to pepper/onion mixture. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 mins. To serve fill an oven safe bowl with soup. Cover with 1/4 c. of shredded pepper jack cheese and bake or broil until cheese melts and turns golden brown.

*Note: If yu are using original bratwurst in place of hot'n spicy, add 1 T of cajun seasoning to beef broth.
