Simple, tasty, and four grams of carb, primarily from steamed milk (your choice of skim, 2%, whole, or half & half).
4 ounces of milk (your choice)
1/4 tsp. to 1/2 tsp. (to taste) of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 packet of Splenda
How To Prepare:
Combine ingredients in a cup and froth using either a milk steamer, milk wisk, or froth pump. If you're not using a steamer, preheat milk before mixing ingredients. Sip and enjoy either hot or warm.
This is a mild and delightful little gem for curbing any late night sweet tooth you might have. Feel free to add a pop or two of cinnamon or nutmeg as well.
