Any fairly thick firm-fleshed fish works well, (i.e., salmon, scrod, mackerel)
2 lbs. Salmon
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup French Fried Onions, crumbled
Mrs. Dash's Table Blend seasoning
1 Tbsp. butter
How To Prepare:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line an oven-proof dish with aluminum foil. Place fillets skin-side down. Sprinkle with onions, Mrs. Dash and lemon juice. Dot with butter. Bake for 10 minutes, then broil for 3-4 minutes (longer for extra crispy top).
