Description:

This is a very tasty chili, I don't miss the beans or cheese or rice/pasta. You could serve this over dreamfields spaghetti or Linda Sue's faux rice, just add the carbs. If you add cheese, don't forget to add the carbs.

Ingredients:
|
1 can (14.5 ounces)canned diced tomatoes - don't drain
1/2 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 can (14.5 ounces) beef broth
1 can (14.5 ounces)green beans drained and diced
2 pounds lean ground beef
1/2 med yellow onion diced
2 gloves garlic (pressed) or 2 tsp minced garlic
1 packet chili seasoning
The following to taste:
black pepper
salt
Italian seasoning
Mustard seed
Red pepper flakes

How To Prepare:

Brown ground beef and onions, breaking up well, until cooked through. Drain all fat (I use ground sirloin, negligent fat so I don't drain). Put in a large pot, add spices and the remaining ingredients. Bring to a light boil, reduce heat and simmer for at least 30 minutes or until reduced slightly and thickened. Stir often while simmering.
