As odd as it sounds, think mild gingerbread flavor with no ginger lol
Eggs will come out a pretty marbled look when you finally eat them. So different and so yummy! I hear they are good cold but eat mine too fast lol
3 1/2 c water
1 t salt
2 T soy sauce
1 large tea bag (black tea or chinese restaurant tea)
2 to 4 cloves depending on how much you like clove
1 t cinnamon
How To Prepare:
Boil the eggs whatever way you usually do to hard boil but SAVE the water.
Take eggs out and cool in cold water. Bring water back to a boil while adding everything else, just not the eggs. Dip bag in and out for about a min or two then remove. Reduce to a simmer. GENTLY crack the eggs like you are going to peel them, but don't peel them. This will allow the tea to seep in. If one does break shell off a little, it's fine, that one will just be darker color. Simmer gently for 1 hour and taste. If you like the flavor but want them bolder, simmer another hour. YUM
