2 tablespoons butter
1 heaping teaspoon minced garlic (refrig.)
1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
3 oz. cream cheese, cut into chunks
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 c. heavy cream
8 oz. cooked salad shrimp
fresh cracked pepper to taste
Pasta:1/2 box (8 oz.) Dreamfields linguine, cooked and drained
How To Prepare:
Melt butter in medium saucepan then stir in garlic and green onion. Blend in cream cheese, then parmesan cheese. Slowly stir in heavy cream until creamy. Add shrimp, season with a few twists of the peppermill. Pour over cooked pasta. Enjoy!
