Ingredients: 2 small boxes of jello any flavor.
Crystal Lite or sugar free Koolaid of same flavor as jello (if you want to substitute this for water to intensify the flavor).

1 box of sugar free jello instant pudding mix. Your choice of flavors
2 cups half and half
How To Prepare: Mix jello according to directions (I use a little less water, 2 cups hot then add about 1 2/3 or 1 3/4 cups cold).
If you decide to substitute the Crystal Lite or Koolaid for water, mix it according to package directions or use a little less water than it calls for if you like.

Mix your jello and pour about 1/2 of it into a pan or dish and chill until set (30 minutes or so). I use a rectangular aluminum pan that is probably 8x12 or a deep dish 10" glass pie pan.
Mix pudding according to package directions except substitute half and half for the fat free milk it calls for. Use either pudding or pie filling proportions.
Once the jello is set spread the pudding over the jello.
Pour remaining jello over the top........carefully. I usually use a spatula to soften the stream of liquid.
Chill until top layer of jello is set. This doen't cut into squares, just spoon out what you want and enjoy.

Orange jello with french vanilla pudding (like a dreamcicle
Orange jello with white chocolate pudding
Raspberry jello with french vanilla - made with and without the substitution of Crystal Lite
Cherry jello with french vanilla pudding
Cherry jello with chocolate fudge pudding tastes like chocolate covered cherries.
