I threw it together one day because it sounded like it'd be really good and it was Angela's 20+ gram fruit smoothie

This is not for Induction of course, but I can't imagine why it can't be used for OWL. It's so Yummy and my favorite part of the day.
Some people are turned off by the green powder that I add so you may find that you prefer it without.
1 c. frozen wild berries - strawberries, rasberries, & blueberries
1/2 bar of frozen Pure Sambazon Acai (optional)
1/2 c. full fat plain yogurt
1/2 c. water
2 scoops Nutiva Organic Hemp Protein powder (o net g carbs, 14 g fiber)
2 TBL ground flax seeds
2 TBL flax oil/borage oil combo
1 scoop green foods powder -optional (I use Garden of Life Perfect Food)
1 squirt of Agave (15 low glycemic carbs per TBL so may want artificial sweetener
How To Prepare:
I blend all of this together in my Magic Bullet for a little over a 1 minute

Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known:
without Agave syrup, 8-14+ grams depending on if you add acai or green powder, not sure because of the yogurt thing
