Description: This cake is great with cherries and whipped cream. It is extremely moist!
Ingredients: 3/4 c. wheat flour
1/2 c. cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. brown sugar
5 stevia packets
1/2 c. plain yogurt
2 eggs
1 1/2 Tbs. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
add water to make right consistency
How To Prepare: Mix dry. Mix moist. Combine; add water as needed. Should be a fudge-like consistency.
Spoon into a round cake pan with a hole in the middle. (Not bundt type). Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. Serve by the slice plain or with cream and fresh cherries. Delicious!

Cons: Hi carb

This is high in carbs. Just because you used stevia instead of sugar doesn't make it low carb. The use of wheat flour and brown sugar should be a dead give away. The entire recipe has 207 grams of carbs in it. IF it makes six servings, that's 34.5 grams each, and who eats "one serving" of anything? That's about what most of us low-carbers eat in an entire day. Not low carb! Low carb diets should not include any sugar or wheat flour, at all.

Total carbs minus fiber = net carbs
whole wheat flour : 87 - 15 = 72
cocoa powder : 50 - 29 = 21
brown sugar : 108 - 0 = 108
yogurt : 6 - 0 = 6

Total carbs : 207
If six servings : 34.5 per serving
