Description: What a wonderful fall dessert to indulge in without guilt!
Ingredients: crust:
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. lt. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. unsalted butter, melted

1 1/2 lb. crm. cheese, softened
stevia = to 3/4 c. (7 packets)
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla ext.
1 tsp. maple ext.

stevia = to 1/3 c. (3 packets)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. apples, thinly sliced
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
How To Prepare: Preheat over to 350. Mix crust ingredients. Fill bottom of springform pan (I like to use individual sized springform pans-it makes portioning easier). Bake crust 10 min. Cool.

Beat crm. cheese and 7 stevia packets. Add eggs, and vanilla. Fill crust(s). Stir together 3 stevia packets and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. Toss cinnamon mixture with apple slices. Carefully lay apple slices over batter in a nice pattern. Sprinkle with walnuts.

Bake @ 350 about 45 min. Cool and chill.
