How To Prepare:
Flatten chicken tenders. Dip in orange juice, coat in oat bran, fry in olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Top lettuce with chicken, scallions, mushrooms, blood orange pieces, alfalfa sprouts, and whisked dressing.
