1 cup (0 carb)heavy whipping cream
5 packets of splenda
2 boxes(0.3)sugar free orange jello
2 cups boiling water
8 oz. cream cheese(softened)
1/2 cup unsweetened crushed pineapple (drained)
How To Prepare:
Beat together heavy whipping cream and splenda until very thick (set aside). In a seperate bowl combine 2 cups boiling water and jello packs stir until dissolved. Add cream cheese to jello mixture, beat with electric mixer until WELL blended!Fold heavy whipping cream & splenda mixture into jello mixture, use a spoon not a mixer. This may take a little extra time to dissolve. Pour mixture into a 2 1/2-3 qt. glass dish, cover and refrigerate at least 1-2 hrs. or until set. THIS IS YUMMY!!
FYI- By using 1/4 cup pineapple, carb count can be reduced to 1.4 carbs and no pineapple used reduces carbs to less than 1 carb.
