Original recipe has crescent rolls on top and bottom. I just ommited the rolls, and used the rest of the ingrediants. Very easy, taste best at room temp.
1 package of ham (i used boil)
1 package of salami
1 package of provolone
1 jar of red peppers, drained
1/4 parm cheese
How To Prepare:
Spray a 9/13 glass dish w/cooking spray.
Place a layer of ham, then salami, then the drained red peppers, finally the provolone. Whisk the 6 eggs with the provolone and pour over the cold cut layers. Oven preheated to 350. With cover or foil on,
bake for 20 minutes. Remove cover or foil and bake and additional 20 minutes. Best served at room temp. I store in fridge and take to work all week.
