Description: I saw this original receipe in the Sounthern Living Cookbook. All I changed was I left out the cream of mushroom soup and bread crumbs. And of course added the chicken and sour cream.
Ingredients: • 8oz. frozen or fresh broccoli
• ½ small onion (diced)
• 2 slightly beaten eggs
• ¼ cup sour cream
• ¼ cup mayo
• 2 cups cheddar cheese
• 1 pkg. Oscar Mayer Chicken Breast Strips (cooked) – Southwest Style
• dash of salt
• dash of pepper
• dash of onion powder
• dash of garlic powder
• dash of red pepper
• 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb
How To Prepare: 1. Boil broccoli and onion on high for about 7 minutes (don’t over cook).
2. Slightly beat eggs in a bowl.
3. Add next 10 ingredients.
4. Drain water from broccoli & onions and add to mixture.
5. Pour into a greased baking dish and top with cheese.
6. Bake for 45 minutes or until done.
