A little oriental flavor to your lc diet
4 lbs chicken thighs
1/3 cup soy sauce (use a good brand w/ o carbs)
1/2 cut Brown Sugar Twin (8 carbs)
1/4 cup tomato sauce (4.5 carbs)
2 Tbsp cider vinegar (0 carbs)
3 cloves garlic, finely copped (3 carbs)
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (like the ones you use on pizza)
1/4 tsp ground ginger
How To Prepare:
Line a large baking pan with foil and place chicken thighs in; skin side down.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over the chicken. Cover with foil and place in a 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours or until done and tender. Remove a little of the cooking liquid and thicken it with a little guar gum or xanthium gum and serve with chicken as a sauce.
