A low carb (6-8)/ low cal (120 calories) iced coffee shake!
1 Cup Hood Carb/Calorie Countdown Milk
1 Teaspoon Regular or Decaf Instant Coffee (I like Maxwell House)
3 HEAPING teaspoons (and I mean as much as you can pile on that teaspoon) General Foods International Sugar Free Caffeine Free French Vanilla Cafe
1-2 tablespoon (or so) of Davinci Syrup (this is optional I don't always add this but it makes it nice and sweet)
Splenda to taste (I like this SWEET)
4 Ice Cubes
How To Prepare:
Make this in a blender and really crush up the ice so there's no hunks left.. this gets to be a shake like consistency if you blend it well. Just put everything in the blender and blend to crush.. about a minute. Drink with a straw.
