Description: Great and simple to make either as a snack or to take to potluck.
Ingredients: 1 lb pork sausage
1 lb hot pork sausage
1 c. crushed pork rinds
1/2 c finely chopped shallots
1 c. cheese
Franks Hot sauce to your taste
Garlic and pepper to taste
How To Prepare: Mix it all together and roll into 1 inch balls. This should yield 40-45 balls. Bake on 375 until lightly browned, then turn balls over to brown other side.


These taste great dipped in a salsa or eaten as they are. Great for freezing once they are cooled. Great for induction snack, too!
