Eat as a meal or as a side dish, the wonderful taste of the bacon will really make your mouth and tummy happy!
1 head cauliflower
1 lb bacon
1/2 small red or green bell pepper
2 tbsp low carb mayo or miracle whip
1/4 cup splenda
How To Prepare:
Chop cauliflower into bitesize pieces. Cook bacon and crumble into cauliflower. Slice and dice the red pepper into small pieces. Add everthing together and mix well.
Allow to chill in fridge at least 30 minutes prior to serving. Be sure to stir everything prior to serving.
