1 Avacado, peeled and cut into 8ths
1 Tomato, cut into 8ths
1 carrot, sliced
1/2 cucumber, peeled and
cut into 8ths
How To Prepare:
Add all veggies to bowl. In a jar, mix extra virgin olive oil with package of Italian seasoning and a little vinegar. Pour over veggies. Tastes best if refrigerated. I make up one cup of olive oil, half pkg seasoning and 1 tbs vineger and leave in fridge for next time. The more seasoning you use the tangier the dressing. Whole avacado 15 carbs. Whole tomato 5 carbs. 1 med carrot 7 carbs. 1/2 cucumber 8 carbs.
