Description:

A terrific light meal or make-ahead side dish. Great to serve at a potluck, picnic or barbeque.

Ingredients:
|
* 1 cup uncooked Dreamfields Brand Elbow Macaroni
* 1 can of tuna drained (regular or albacore)
* 1 Tablespoon dill pickle juice
* 1 Tablespoon minced green onion
* 1/4 cup mayo
* 1 1/2 teaspoons dried dill weed
* 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
* salt and pepper to taste
Optional ingredients:
* chopped celery
* cubed cheddar cheese
* canned or frozen peas

How To Prepare:

Cook the one cup of uncooked Dreamfields pasta in properly salted water according to the instructions on the package. Rinse the cooked pasta under cold water, drain and set aside. In a medium bowl, mix together the tuna, pickle juice, green onion, mayo, garlic powder and dill. Then, fold in the pasta and any optional ingredients. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Enjoy immediately or chill until ready to serve (the flavors will blend properly if you chill the salad before eating). If you are adding the optional cheese chunks, don't mix those in until you are ready to serve.
