2 c Carbquick 12
1/2 c Hershey's Sugar Free Chunks 8
1/3 c cream 2.5
2 t Fiber Fit
1 egg .5
1 t vanilla.
How To Prepare:
Mix everything together (I had to use my hands). Pat into an 8" circle on a greased cookie sheet. Cut into 8 wedges but don't separate. Bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for about 12 minutes or until golden. Carefully separate. I topped mine with a mixture of cream cheese, a few drops of Fiber fit and a drop of orange oil. Great!
