-2 chicken breasts -1/2 cup roasted red peppers-asparagus tips-3 or 4 garlic cloves-2 tbsp olive oil-1 cup sliced mushrooms-1 4 oz pkg herb feta cheese
1 tbs basil
How To Prepare:
Heat oil in pan and add chopped garlic, cut chicken into chunks or strips and season with salt and pepper,add to pan with peppers, mushrooms, and asparagus tips. Cook 6-7 mins on med. high heat then add feta cheese and cover for an additional 3-4 mins.
