Description: Canned chop suey vegetables- mine are LaChoy brand
Ingredients: 1 pound lean ground beef, browned and drained, if necessary
1 small onion, thinly sliced
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
10 ounces cabbage, finely shredded
14 ounces chop suey vegetables, canned, drained
How To Prepare: Combine browned, drained beef with onion and garlic in medium skillet.


Saute until onion becomes soft and translucent.


Add soy and Tabasco sauces; stir well.


Add cabbage and cover skillet, cook over medium heat until cabbage wilts.


Stir in chop suey veggies, cover and heat through.
Number of Servings: 4
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 351 Calories; 24g Fat (61.3% calories from fat); 23g Protein; 11g Carbohydrate; 3g Dietary Fiber; 85mg Cholesterol; 1133mg Sodium
