2 pounds ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
6 ounces tomato paste
14 ounces canned tomatoes, diced
30 ounces canned black soy beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup chili powder
12 ounces Michelob Ultra
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
liquid Splenda, to taste, I used one drop
How To Prepare:
Saute ground beef until no longer pink.
Add onion and garlic; continue cooking until veggies are soft, but not brown.
Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to boil.
Reduce heat and allow to simmer for at least one hour.
Tastes even better if chilled, then reheated.
