Mushrooms in a creamy cheese sauce.
1 1/2 lbs. fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
Salt to taste
Red and black pepper
1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, grated
How To Prepare:
SautÃ© mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes. Add cream and cook until liquid is
almost gone, about 10 minutes. Add seasoning and pour into buttered
casserole and cover with cheese. Bake at 400 just until cheese melts, about
10 to 15 minutes.
