My mom and I were desperatly seeking a good pizza cruat. While watching a cooking show, we modified a recipe to develop this. IT WAS AWESOME! Even my non-low carber sister, dad, and brother love this crust! Plus, since it makes individual size pizzas, everyone can put their own toppings and personnalize it!

Ingredients:

For one, individual pizza crust:
2 Mama Lupe's Low Carb Tortillas
Olive Oil (better if it is infused with italian spices and garlic)
grated parmesan cheese

How To Prepare:
|
Preheat oven to 325.
Brush both sides of one tortilla with olive oil. Place on cookie sheet lined with foil. Sprinkle parmesan cheese all over the top of it. Brush second torilla with olive oil on both sides. Place on top of parmesan cheese covered tortilla and press down slightly so the two tortillas come together. Place in oven for 10-15 minutes (this is the pre-bake so the cheese will melt and fuse the two tortillas together). Remove from oven. You may need to pop any air bubbles so the torillas lay flat. Let cool then build your pizza! (I use one tablespoon of marinara for the sause, then pile a ton of veggies and cheese)
