Thick and delicious...a satisfying and quick meal or snack.
* 1 ready to drink low carb chocolate shake, chilled (my favorite brands are EAS or Slimfast)
* 2 Tablespoons Carb Options Creamy Peanut Spread
* 3 small handfuls of ice
* 1 ounce of cream cheese
* Sugar-free chocolate syrup to taste (I use Torani or Davinnci - zero carbs)
How To Prepare:
Put all ingredients into a blender that is capable of crushing ice. Blend very thoroughly until everything is completely mixed and the ice has been fully incorporated into the shake. Pour into a large tumbler and enjoy.
