-Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
-Any white cheese
How To Prepare:
The chicken can be frozen or not. If the fillets are thick slice them thinner or use a mallet to make thinner.
Melt butter (you judge) in saute skillet, add the chicken. Cook on medium-low heat (slower is always better). Turn over and season as desired. Add the sliced cheese on top when the fillets are cooked thoroughly and saute until cheese is melted.
