Full Flavored Low Carb Favorites Famous Creamy Chicken

This recipe was created by mistake years ago- and through trial and error- was perfected- hence- "Famous".. My youngest sister loves this so much she will eat the sauce with a spoon! Bon Appetit!
ps. If on Atkins, you may substitute cream for milk!
Famous Creamy Chicken â™¥
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 medium boneless chicken breasts, 1/2" thick
2 tablespoons butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pearl onion, minced
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 package Hollandaise sauce mix
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup skim milk
salt & pepper
How To Prepare:
(Optionally pound chicken to 1/2" thickness for even cooking).
In a large, deep saucepan, add olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook 7-8
minutes each side, or until center is white. Remove chicken and set aside. Add butter, garlic
and onion to pan. Cook 2-3 minutes. Reduce heat to med-low, and add chicken broth and wine.
Whisk in Hollandaise mix and parsley. Stir in milk and cook sauce until thick, about 5 minutes
on low heat, stirring constantly. Add chicken back into sauce, cook 2 additional minutes and
