12-16 oz. package frozen crawfish tails
1 stick of butter 16 oz. sour cream
grated parmesen cheese to taste (start with 1/2 can) Tony's or other Creole seasoning to taste. (1 tsp.)
How To Prepare:
Melt butter in pan on med. heat. Add crawfish tails and creole seasoning. Cook until tails "curl". Stir in sour cream and parmesen cheese on low heat until smooth.
