Description: Chicken breast stuffed with veggies/alfredo/shrimp. Same stuffing is used as a sauce. Amazing taste.
Ingredients: 7 oz Chicken Breast
1 cup Kroger Salad Shrimp
1/3 cup Lite Parmesan Ragu Alfredo Sauce
1 oz Broccoli
1 oz Baby Carrot
1 oz Red Pepper
Parsley, Chives, Salt, Pepper – to taste
How To Prepare: Chop veggies and microwave with water for 20 seconds or so.
Mix all ingredients except chicken.

Next, I stuffed my chicken breast with the sauce mixture, but you don’t have to. It is great either way, tastes the same. Stuffed just gives it a little surprise to whoever else eats it. If you stuff it, make sure you toothpick it closed.

Fry the chicken in a pan on very low heat for about 20-25 minutes to make sure it’s completely done.

Put chicken on a plate, and pour remaining sauce over it.
